Can clients request the same provider for treatments?

Yes! You can certainly book with the same Provider and are encouraged to do so. There are three ways to do this:

i.) Pinch will auto-suggest your most recent Provider when you book, but your desired time/location must match their availability. https://www.bookpinch.com/book

ii.) You can look up your Provider's page and book at a time that's open.

iii.) You can message your Provider directly to request a time by logging into your account or replying to your most recent text thread with the Provider.
