What is your cancellation policy?

Pinch requires 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. You can cancel/reschedule in the app, message your provider and/or message Pinch HQ.


Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to $100, to compensate the Provider for their time. It is up to the provider's discretion to waive the cancellation fee.
